We at the FSHS serve students in higher education institutions throughout the summer. The service offering for the summer is adapted to the lower demand during the summer period.
Our digital and remote services will operate on all weekdays. Local services will also be well available. Any exceptions to our services will be updated on this page during May 2026.
If necessary, you will be directed from the assessment of the need for treatment to either a remote appointment or to a local appointment to another open service unit.

Exceptions to opening hours on holidays and eves
Ascension Day
All our own service units, SelfChat, and the national service numbers will be closed on Ascension Day, Thursday, 14 May 2026. Our partners’ service units will serve according to their own opening hours.
Midsummer Eve
All our own service units, SelfChat, and the national phone service numbers will be closed on Midsummer Eve, Friday 19 June 2026. Our partners’ service units will serve according to their own opening hours.

Our partners service units serve during the summer according to their own opening hours.
The services can only be used when registered as present for the semester
In order to use FSHS services, including the Self online service and remote services, you must be registered as an attending student. Please note, that the transfer of the information regarding your enrollment comes with a small delay to us.
If you have registered as an attending student for the spring semester 2026, the right to use FSHS´s services will continue until 31 July 2026. You must register as an attending student for the autumn semester 2026 in order to use our services also in August 2026. The autumn semester starts on 1 August 2026.
Please cancel any appointments reserved for the autumn semester if you do not continue your studies during the autumn semester and your right to use the FSHS services ends at the end of the spring semester on 31 July 2026. The appointments are not canceled automatically, and you must manage the cancellation yourself if you want to avoid paying a fee for unattended appointments.
Changes in exceptional opening hours are possible. The news will be updated if necessary.
