The patient ombudspersons work to promote patients’ rights. If necessary, you can contact the patient ombudsperson of your own of your own wellbeing services county. The ombudsperson will advise and assist you if you are dissatisfied with your care or treatment. The ombudsperson can help you to leave an objection and give you advice in making a complaint or reporting a notice of patient injury with the Finnish Patient Insurance Centre.
