How to join a video appointment
Your video appointment takes place in the YTHSDigi service. When a video appointment has been booked for you, you can join it in the Chat services section.A FSHS professional will send you instructions for joining the video call, and you will receive a call request in the app.
Good to know about video appointments
- Sign in to YTHSDigi well before your appointment is scheduled to start. That way you’ll be ready for the appointment without delays and if necessary, familiarise yourself with the appointment intructions.
- For the appointment, find a place where you’re comfortable talking about your health issues out loud and without disturbances.
- Under the Finnish Patient Insurance Act, remote appointments cannot be provided for students staying outside Finland for a student exchange or traineeship lasting more than 3 months.
