Exercise is good for you. There’s plenty you can do for your well-being. Varying your working positions, and maintaining a strong and healthy body and a relaxed mind help you to live your daily life.

The “Exercise and ergonomics” section provides you with exercises and tips to take care of your well-being and deal with your complaints. You also have the opportunity to use FSHS physiotherapy services if necessary. If you need to see a physiotherapist, contact the FSHS service unit in your study town.
