Sexual Health

Sexuality is an integral part of health and well-being. At best, it gives you energy and helps you to cope. According to the WHO definition, sexual health is a state of physical, emotional, mental and social well-being in relation to sexuality.

Good sexual health requires a positive and respectful approach to sexuality and sexual relationships, as well as the possibility of having pleasurable and safe sexual experiences. Good sexual health requires that the sexual rights of all people be respected, protected and fulfilled.

Important sexual health matters among students include personal relationships, birth control, and the prevention of sexually transmitted diseases.
