On Thursday, 12 February 2026, FSHS’s nationwide service numbers (general and mental health as well as oral health) will exceptionally close at 1:30 pm. The SelfChat lines for general and mental health as well as for hearing-impaired customers will also exceptionally close at 1:30 pm. The oral health SelfChat line will operate according to its normal schedule until 1:00 pm. We apologise for any inconvenience.

During the spring semester, we organize various groups related to health and well-being both at FSHS service units and online.

Groups that support mental health

The groups supporting mental health can be helpful if you are down, everyday life is stressful, or you are experiencing tension or feeling lonely. The groups usually will meet once a week.

Please note that our instructions for applying to groups depend on the group. More detailed instructions can be found on our website under the description of each group.
