FSHS’s operations started on a new scale in January, when the number of customers doubled from the beginning of the year and almost 400 new employees started at once. During the first few months, there were some challenges in starting operations, most of which have now been overcome.
Now we are gradually moving to normal service hours at our assessment of the need for treatment and service guidance phone services. SelfChat will open in May.
From the 6th of April 2021 the national service numbers will serve Mon-Fri from 8.00 am to 2.00 pm.
3rd of May 2021 SelfChat serves Mon-Fri from 12.00 am to 2.00 pm. Our national service numbers service hours are Mon-Fri from 8.00 am to 2.00 pm.
From the 1st of June our national service numbers are returning to normal servixe hours which are Mon-Thu from 8.00 am to 2.00 pm and on Fri from 8.00 am to 2.00 pm. SelfChat is open on weekdays from 12 pm to 2 pm.
