Chat with us on yths.fi/en

We pilot a new service channel, InfoChat, on our webpages from 6 November to 14 February. InfoChat answers your questions about our services or gives instructions on how to use them. We will direct you to the right information or service via InfoChat.

You can chat with us from Monday to Friday at 8 am–noon in English, Finnish or Swedish. 

InfoChat serves you on every English and Swedish webpages on yths.fi.  On Finnish webpages InfoChat serves you only on pages we get asked the most: contact information, the Self service and FSHS’s services. 

Use SelfChat for treatment need assessments and booking appointments

Did you know that you can use chat also in Self-service? You have to identify yourself to use Self-service and it’s a secure way to communicate with us.  You can use SelfChat alongside our telephone service for treatment and assisting with appointment bookings.

SelfChat is open Mon–Thu noon–3 pm and Fri noon–2 pm.
