On Thursday, 12 February 2026, FSHS’s nationwide service numbers (general and mental health as well as oral health) will exceptionally close at 1:30 pm. The SelfChat lines for general and mental health as well as for hearing-impaired customers will also exceptionally close at 1:30 pm. The oral health SelfChat line will operate according to its normal schedule until 1:00 pm. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Changes in service hours for SelfChat

The service hours for SelfChat have changed. Hereafter SelfChat serves you from Monday to Friday from 12pm to 2pm.

SelfChat is a service channel alongside our telephone service for assessing the need for treatment and in making appointments. You can use the chat service to talk with FSHS health care professionals when you need guidance and instructions for home care.  Furthermore, you can leave a call-back request or make an appointment through the SelfChat. You can find the new SelfChat service in our online Self-service.
