Technical issue in some referrals made by FSHS to specialized healthcare

A technical issue has occurred in some referrals made by FSHS to specialized healthcare. The issue concerns referrals made by FSHS to specialized healthcare in the Southwest Finland welfare area. A small portion of referrals made during the period from April 7th to June 13th, 2025, were not successfully sent from the FSHS system. The issue has now been resolved.

FSHS has personally contacted the customers affected by the issue. FSHS has resent the referrals that did not go through to the services in the Southwest Finland welfare area. If you have not been contacted by FSHS, your referral has proceeded normally.

FSHS sincerely apologizes for the incident and any inconvenience caused by the disruption.
