Students studying all together.

You can join certain groups independently via the Self online service, while others require a referral from a medical appointment or a from the assessment for the need for treatment team.

Mental well-being in an accepting atmosphere

At present, the mental health groups FSHS arranges are Depression school, the treatment programme for depression, the anxiety management group, aimed at student suffering from social anxiety or performance anxiety, and the StressLess coaching course, which combats negative stress and excessive worrying. In these groups, different tools are explored that help students work on their challenges even after the group has finished meeting.

During the Autumn of 2025, two national English-speaking online groups commence, a Depression School on 13 Oct 2025 and a StressLess course on 14 Oct 2025. Information on current mental health groups in is published on its own website.
