Exceptional opening hours on Holy Thursday and during Easter

The FSHS´s own service units will be open on Holy Thursday 17 April 2025 from 8 am to 12.30 pm. The national phone services and the SelfChat line for hearing-impaired customers will serve on Holy Thursday from 8 am to 12 pm. Other SelfChat lines will operate on Holy Thursday according to normal opening hours, i.e. from 9 am to 11 am.

All our own service units, phone services and SelfChat will be closed during Easter from 18 April 2025 to 21 April 2025. Our partners´service units will serve according to their own opening hours.

We will serve normally again on Tuesday 22 April 2025.
