Two numbers, all services – nationwide telephone numbers for appointment booking

Starting from 1 October 2020, the FSHS will introduce nationwide telephone numbers. This means that numbers for individual service units will no longer be used. In the future, you’ll reach us via two telephone numbers or two SelfChat service lines for appointment booking and service guidance. The choice of service line or telephone number is only made between oral health services and other services.

You’ll find the corresponding service lines for oral health services and other services in SelfChat.

Our telephone service is open during the FSHS’s service hours. SelfChat is open for oral health questions in the afternoons from Monday to Thursday from 12 pm to 3 pm and on Friday from 12 pm to 2 pm. For other matters SelfChat is available during normal service hours from Monday to Thursday from 8 am to 3 pm and on Friday from 8 am to 2 pm.

The introduction of the nationwide telephone and service lines is part of the new FSHS service model. The service model will become fully operational as part of the expansion of the FSHS, with different parts piloted starting from October. Read more >
