The SelfChat lines for general and mental health as well as for hearing-impaired customers will also exceptionally close at 1:30 pm. Patient Ombudsman of the FSHS is Katriina Ikävalko

Katriina Ikävalko has been appointed Patient Ombudsman of the FSHS. He will take up the position on Monday, December 9, 2019. You can reach the Patient Ombudsman through the online form on yths.fi or by phone on Mondays from 12.30am to 2.30pm, tel. +358 46 7101155.

The Patient Ombudsman works to promote your rights.  She will advise and assist you if you are dissatisfied with the treatment or treatment you have received. The Patient Ombudsman does not comment on the medical treatment decisions that apply to you, or whether there has been any harm to your treatment.
