Our assessment of the need or treatment is unfortunately experiencing high demand. To help reduce the backlog, the national telephone service for general health and mental health will temporarily operate with exceptional opening hours from 8 am to 11 am. The chat services in YTHSDigi remain available during normal opening hours: Monday to Thursday from 8 am to 3 pm and Friday from 8 am to 2 pm. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
The oral health chat in YTHSDigi will operate with exceptional opening hours: Mon to Thu from 8 am to 11 am and from 12 pm to 2 pm, and on Fri from 8 am to 11 am and from 12 pm to 1 pm. Our oral health service phone line will operate as usual: Mon to Thu from 8 am to 3 pm, on Fri from 8 am to 2 pm.

Exceptional opening hours on Holy Thursday and during Easter

The FSHS´s own service units will be open on Holy Thursday 28 March 2024 from 8.00 am to 12.30 pm. The national phone services and the SelfChat line for hearing-impaired customers will serve on Holy Thursday from 8.00 am to 12.00 pm. Other SelfChat lines will operate on Holy Thursday according to normal opening hours, i.e. from 9 am to 11 am.

All our own service units, phone services and SelfChat will be closed during the Easter holidays from 29 March 2024 to 1 April 2024. Our partners service units serve according to their own opening hours.

We will serve again on Tuesday 2 April 2024.
