On Thursday, 12 February 2026, FSHS’s nationwide service numbers (general and mental health as well as oral health) will exceptionally close at 1:30 pm. The SelfChat lines for general and mental health as well as for hearing-impaired customers will also exceptionally close at 1:30 pm. The oral health SelfChat line will operate according to its normal schedule until 1:00 pm. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Opening times during Easter 2022

The FSHS own service units are open on Holy Thursday 14th of April from 8.00 am to 12.30 pm. The national phone services will serve from 8.00 am to 12.00 pm.

The SelfChat is open on Holy Thursday as follows:

  • general health from 9 am to 11 am
  • oral health from 9 am to 11 am
  • mental health from 10 am to 12 pm
  • SelfChat for the deaf and hard of hearing from 8 am to 11 am

MieliChat serves from 10 am to 12 pm.

All our own service units are closed during Easter from 15th of April until 18th of April 2022. Our partners service units serve according to their own opening hours.

We will serve again on Tuesday 19th of April 2022.
