SelfChat is back in service 3.5.!

SelfChat will be opened and therefore there is, once again, two different service channels at your disposal. SelfChat is a service channel alongside our telephone services for assessing the need for treatment and in booking appointments.

You can use the chat services to talk with FSHS health care professionals when you need guidance and instructions for home care.  Furthermore, you can leave a call-back request or make an appointment through the SelfChat.

1. SelfChat

3rd of May 2021 SelfChat serves Mon-Fri from 12.00 am to 2.00 pm. SelfChat has only one service line. You can find the SelfChat service in our online Self-service.

2. Nationwide service numbers

Our national service numbers service hours are Mon-Fri from 8.00 am to 2.00 pm. There are two service lines:

  • General and mental health services 046 710 1073
  • Oral health services 046 710 1085.

Please contact us through only one service channel ‒ either in SelfChat or by phone to avoid congestion, thank you!
