Delays in the transfer of enrollment information from University of Turku, Uniarts Helsinki and Aalto University

The transfer of information regarding registration as present to the FSHS have not been delivered to the FSHS since the 30th of July 2021 from University of Turku, Uniarts Helsinki and Aalto University. These delays are caused by the introduction of new study systems at the aforementioned universities. The problem is expected to be resolved by the 16th of August 2021.

FSHS services are at your disposal as a student in higher education once you have registered yourself as present in your studies.

The delays caused by the introduction of new study systems in the aforementioned universities can prevent access to Self online service as well as remote consultations. You will be contacted in order to reschedule the appointment or in order to hold the consultation by phone instead if you could not come to the remote consultation.

The need for treatment assessments through our national service numbers, other phone consultations as well as in-person consultations operate normally despite the problems caused by the introduction of the new study systems.
