Delays in non-urgent appointment times at the end of the year

The preparations regarding the FSHS expansion are at its final leg and our activities are in the middle of an exceptional change. Our activities are changing at the end of the year in accordance to the new service model. This might show in temporary delays concerning non-urgent appointment times.

Appointment times are distributed in the first place to those whose need for treatment is assessed as urgent at the need for treatment assessment. If the matter is non-urgent one might have to wait a bit, but even in these cases the health care will be provided in accordance to the statutory Care Guarantee.

Contact us in case you have some concerns regarding your health or a need for our services. It is important for us to react to urgent situations immediately and to receive the information of non-urgent cases as soon as possible. The new service model and the specially appointed teams for students’ will be in full use by the beginning of the year. Thereafter, the specially appointed teams will be in contact with those students who did not receive non-urgent care at the end of the year.

Please observe that students at universities of applied sciences can book appointments and take care of business at the FSHS from the 4th of January 2021.
