On Thursday, 12 February 2026, FSHS’s nationwide service numbers (general and mental health as well as oral health) will exceptionally close at 1:30 pm. The SelfChat lines for general and mental health as well as for hearing-impaired customers will also exceptionally close at 1:30 pm. The oral health SelfChat line will operate according to its normal schedule until 1:00 pm. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Request for copies of patient documents

  • Before filling in the form, you should be registered in the suomi.fi-service. In case you have not registered yourself then go to https://www.suomi.fi/frontpage and from there to the `identification´ section.
  • In case you have registered yourself before then you can proceed by filling in the form.
  • When you are submitting the form you will be identified through the suomi.fi –service either through using your online banking codes or your Mobile ID.
  • We use the suomi.fi service for identification. Please also remember to allow messaging in the suomi.fi service, so that we can respond to your request.
  • Please note that you cannot order both laboratory tests and imaging results with the same form. If you need both, please fill in a separate request for both.
