The problem with Callsign authentication codes not working for Self-sign ins has been resolved. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
Students using CallSign authentication codes activated after late September 2023 to access FSHS’ Self online services may experience difficulty signing in. Bank authentication with a Finnish bank account and CallSign codes activated in late September 2023 or earlier should function as usual.
If signing in via Callsign doesn’t work, students can access FSHS via our national service phone numbers. The sign-in issue extends also to accessing remote appointments and the SelfChat.
The service provider is investigating the issue and attempting to rectify it as swiftly as possible. FSHS will inform you on developments.
