A technical issue has been identified in some of the booking authorizations of influenza vaccinations organised by FSHS, resulting in broken booking links that prevent students from booking appointments. The problem affects a faction of higher education students in the social and health care sector. Additionally, some social and health care students have mistakenly received a booking authorization for dental imaging alongside their influenza vaccination authorization. The issue is being investigated, and new, working booking links for influenza vaccinations will be sent to students as soon as possible.
If the booking authorization does not work
There is no need to notify FSHS if a student’s booking authorization does not work. We recommend that the student waits for a new, functioning booking link.
If a student has received an incorrect booking authorization for dental imaging
The incorrect booking authorization can be ignored. Students who have received an unnecessary booking authorization for dental imaging have also been informed via text message.
