Demolition work, including asbestos removal, will be carried out at the FSHS Töölö service unit premises in Helsinki during May 2025. To ensure the demolition work is carried out safely, some of the reception facilities will be out of use during the demolition. Some oral health appointments have been rescheduled due to the exceptional circumstances.
The demolition is necessary due to water damage that occurred in April. FSHS is committed to ensuring safe access for clients and healthy working conditions for staff during this exceptional situation. Clients will be guided on the temporary arrangements at the service unit.
“We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the damage. We have contacted clients whose appointments have been affected by the demolition work,” says Regional Director Juha Tiainen.
The property is owned by Ylioppilasterveys ry, and FSHS operates in the premises as a tenant.
