If necessary, please remember to reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the agreed time. If you miss your appointment or reschedule or cancel it too late without an acceptable reason, you’ll be charged a fee for the unattended appointment. 

In 2024, the fee for unattended appointments is 56.70 euros. The fee concerns all appointments and examinations at FSHS´s own service units and partners´ service units, as well as remote contacts.

If, according to you, an invoice is inappropriate, you can request a correction via the Feedback about invoice form in the Self online service. Please note that the request must now be made within two months from the invoice date.
