Changes in the patient ombudsman activities

Patient ombudsman activities at FSHS will end in their current form from 1 January 2024 onwards. In the future all, ombudsmen services will be organised by the wellbeing services counties. With this development, the current title ‘ombudsman’ will also be replaced with the title ombudsperson.

During the transition period (from January 1 to March 31 2024), FSHS customers can contact the FSHS patient contact person, especially regarding pending feedback or objections.
