We have made it easier to give feedback

Have you visited us lately? The FSHS has now launched a new way to obtain feedback by sending text messages to our customers. You might receive a text message where we are asking for feedback if you have visited us recently.

When you have visited us at either an in-person or remote consultation regarding general, mental or oral health you might get a text message on the same day your visited occurred. In the message you are asked to give us feedback on how well your visit went. This text message is received monthly by roughly 5000 students.

Please, respond to the feedback request in case you receive one. Your feedback is really important to us, as it helps us develop our activities and improve our services as well as customer experience.

You can also give us with feedback through the feedback form, which you can find on our website. You can give us feedback either anonymously or with your own name after you have conducted a strong online identification.

We respond to all feedback given with a name within three working days.
