There were technical problems with some forms in the Self online service between 19 January 2024 and 22 January 2024

There were techinal problems with the forms “Being tested for STDs” and “A positive chlamydia test” in the Self online service. If you filled out forms between Friday 19 January 2024 and Monday 22 January 2024, please make sure that the form is not in progress. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
