The oral health chat in YTHSDigi will operate with exceptional opening hours: Mon to Thu from 8 am to 11 am and from 12 pm to 2 pm, and on Fri from 8 am to 11 am and from 12 pm to 1 pm. Our oral health service phone line will operate as usual: Mon to Thu from 8 am to 3 pm, on Fri from 8 am to 2 pm.

Opening times during Christmas 2019

All our units are closed from 24 December 2019 to 1 January 2020. There are unit specific differences in the opening hours. Check the exact opening hours from your own unit’s page.

Travel health advice remains closed from 17 December 2019 to 2 January 2020. 

Remember renew your prescriptions in time.  Renewal of prescriptions via My Kanta is not possible between 20 December 2019 and 1 January 2020.

SelfChat is closed from 23 December 2019 to 1 January 2020.

Electronic forms are not handled from 24 December 2019 to 1 January 2020. The electronic form messages will be answered again from 2 January 2019.
