Our assessment of the need for treatment is unfortunately experiencing very high demand at the moment. Some service forms in the Self online service are temporarily unavailable. If the form you need is not available, please contact us by phone. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Please note that you can use Self if you have registered as an attending student at your institution of higher education by 1 January for the spring term and by 1 August for the autumn term. The FSHS receives each student’s information a few days after their registration as an attending student.

If you don’t have access to banking credentials or a mobile certificate for identification purposes and you haven’t received a PIN code for CallSign identification from the FSHS, please bring your passport with you to your appointment and ask to be given sign-in codes.

Please note that scheduled maintenance may temporarily prevent you from using the service in the evenings and at night. The Self online service can only be used in Finland and Sweden.

If you’re not able to sign in (and it’s been over a week since you registered as an attending student, and scheduled maintenance isn’t taking place), please contact us by filling in the form. Carefully fill in each field. You’ll be notified within 2 weeks via email that the problem has either been solved or that solving it is going to require more time.

If your matter is urgent or if your studies have already ended, contact the FSHS during its opening hours, Mon–Thu 8 a.m.–3 p.m. and Fri 8 a.m.–2 p.m., by phone at +358 46 7101085 (oral health) or +358 46 7101073 (general and mental health). The form is meant only for reporting problems with Self sign-in. Questions about treatment, service guidance or appointment booking won’t be answered.
