Technical problems in the telecommunications systems at a national service provider were observed on the 22nd of June 2021 between 8.00am and 3.00pm. The technical issues could have prevented our phone, appointment and chat services from functioning. In case you had a remote consultation, which could not be conducted, you will be contacted. We regret the inconvenience caused.
  • Before filling in the form, you should be registered in the In case you have not registered yourself then go to and from there to the `identification´ section.
  • In case you have registered yourself before then you can proceed by filling in the form.
  • When you are submitting the form you will be identified through the –service either through using your online banking codes or your Mobile ID.
  • Remember to give the permission to be contacted through the –service. In this case we can respond to your feedback. We answer to all feedback, which has been made after identification, within three working days.
