Chat will be expanded and made more fluent

From the beginning of year 2019 the chat became a steady service channel alongside our telephone service for assessing the need for treatment and assisting with appointment bookings. Students have found the chat service and find it easy and flexible. They have suggested to expand and improve the chat service.
From June, chat’s service hours will be expanded. Chat is at your service
Mon-Thu 12 pm-3 pm
Fri 12 pm–2pm
To improve the chat service, queues related to service issues will be also added to the chat in order to speed up and made service more fluent.
You can find the new chat service in our online Self service, through which all students’ electronic communications with the FSHS are channelled. Read more about Self and start using it.
Notice that FSHS will be closed on July. Chat will be closed from 27 June to 28 July. More information about summer opening hours is coming soon.
