All FSHS customers will be invoiced by email from the beginning of 2011.
Penalty for no-show appointments
If you cannot make it to your appointment, please let us know well in advance. This way we can give the appoinment time to someone else and our queues will be shorter. If you need to cancel, please make sure you do it on the previous business day (Mon-Fri) by 12.00 noon.
If you cancel your appointment later than the above-mentioned time, we will charge you the regular service fee. If you do not cancel and do not arrive at the appointment, we will charge you the appointment fee plus a penalty fee of 25. Please note that we will charge the 25 penalty for no-show appointments even if the appointment would have been free of charge.
