How to cancel an appointment 

If you cannot make it to your appointment, please let us know well in advance. This way we can give the appointment time to someone else and our queues will be shorter.

If you need to cancel, please make sure you do it on the previous business day (Mon-Fri) by 12.00 noon.
If you cancel your appointment later than the above-mentioned time, we will charge you the regular service fee. If you do not cancel and do not arrive at the appointment, we will charge you the appointment fee plus a penalty fee of €25. Please note that we will charge the €25 penalty for no-show appointments even if the appointment would have been free of charge.

Appointments and health advice

In issues related to appointments and health advice contact your local FSHS health centre. Appointments cannot currently be made online because we do not yet have access to a system needed for student identity verification.
