Identify and assess your symptoms electronically, get help from our professionals
The electronic symptom assessment tool will allow you to identify and assess your symptoms whenever it’s most convenient for you. You’ll receive guidance by a professional, instructions for self-care or a referral to meet our staff.
The FSHS will be running a pilot project to test an electronic symptom assessment service between 22 October 2018 and 28 February 2019. During the pilot project, FSHS sites will provide limited access to the service. NB! The service is not available at general health units in Helsinki-Espoo, Kuopio, Oulu, Tampere or Turku. If your health care provider is one of these, please call or use the chat service. There are no restrictions in oral health services.
Easy and smooth communication!
The details you enter in the symptom assessment tool will be transferred automatically to the correct person, and your case will be processed even faster and more smoothly than before. We aim to respond within one (1) working day, but no later than within three (3) working days.
You’ll find the electronic symptom assessment tool in the Self online service through which the majority of students’ electronic communications are channelled. The service is simple to use – whenever it’s most convenient for you.
