Non-urgent treatment

Referral to treatment takes place on the basis of a treatment need assessment and and depends on the urgency of your case. Our appointment staff will assess your need for treatment and gives advice either via chat service which is found on Self-online service or over the phone or in a patient office of one of our health centres.

If you need an appointment, a reservation will be made for you to see a healthcare professional. If an appointment is not regarded as necessary, you will receive home care instructions.
