Your health information is available from My Kanta
Jun 29, 2018
Did you know that the easiest way to view your health information is via Kela’s My Kanta service? To use the service, you need a Finnish personal ID code and means of identification. The My Kanta service contains FSHS’s clients’ general and mental health data from 30 June 2016 on. Information on oral health will be entered in My Kanta starting in autumn term 2018.
If you need data older than this, or data not available in My Kanta, you can request a copy using a web-based form or make the request in person at your local FSHS unit. You’ll need to be identified for data disclosure, which is why data sought via a written request must be collected in person from your unit.
For data not available in My Kanta, you can request copies and use your right to view your data free of charge once a year, separately for oral health and general and mental health. If less than one year has elapsed since you last requested your patient documents, a fee of €35 will be charged.
