The Boards of Directors of FSHS units
There are ten Boards of Directors of FSHS units.
The Board of Directors are tasked with monitoring their unit´s activities and changes in their operating environment, health promotion and community health work. The Boards of Directors attend to any reductions and increases in the number of health centres within the unit and other corresponding issues. They also cooperate actively with FSHS stakeholders.
The term in office of the Boards of Directors is two years. Each Board of Directors consists of a Chair and Vice Chair and four to six other members. Student unions, FSHS personnel, universities and public health organisations are represented in the Board of Directors.
Each unit may have one or several health centres where students can obtain health care services.
