Student healthcare services

Checking the health conditions of the study environment every three years in co-operation with the university, students, a health officer, occupational healthcare and occupational safety staff.

Promotion of student health and wellbeing:

Healthcare and medical care services include assessment of the need for treatment, appointments with a physician or nurse, mental health services, oral health services, substance abuse prevention, sexual health services, specialist services when necessary, physiotherapy, laboratory and imaging services and support groups.

Recognition of students' need for special support

  • The aim is to help students adopt a healthy lifestyle and encourage them to take care of themselves.
  • Recognition of the need for support or examinations at an early stage and referral for further examinations or treatment.
