The customer satisfaction survey 2015

During the academic year 2014–15, over 7,500 FSHS clients responded to our client surveys. More than 40 per cent of them belonged to the age group 23–27 years. Two-thirds of respondents were women, and nine out of ten were also active clients.

Clients were very satisfied by the FSHS services. Three out of four respondents rated the FSHS’s assessment of their need for treatment as excellent or very good. Over 80 per cent of the respondents praised the ease of contact, appropriate opening hours and appointment times and reasonable FSHS fees. Some improvement is needed in terms of cutting waiting times and in the provision of information about treatment, and the foundation intends to work hard on these challenges in the current academic year.
