Online feedback 2014

In 2014, students submitted online feedback on a total of 906 occasions. Out of these, 501 cases involved criticism (55%), while 239 were positive (26%) and 166 contained suggestions for further development (18%).

Less than half of feedback involving criticism was related to the way a student had been treated, appointments and assessment of the need for treatment.

More than half of positive feedback was to do with the way a student had been treated or the professional skills of our staff members.

Most of suggestions for further development concerned fees and payment arrangements, appointment bookings and assessment of the need for treatment.
