You can give the FSHS feedback in a variety of ways. The easiest way is to use our electronic communications system. All our sites also have customer feedback devices that allow you to give feedback on your treatment immediately after your visit. You can also request FSHS service guidance staff to record your feedback.
All feedback given to the FSHS is regularly discussed in management meetings. Feedback helps us to make our services and activities more customer-friendly. If you wish, you can also request a personal reply to your feedback.
Customer satisfaction surveys and feedback via the website
Customer satisfaction surveys are carried out every three years. The survey is sent to all students entitled to use FSHS services, irrespective of whether they have used our services or not.
