Treatment need assessments and appointments: Appointments can be made from Monday to Friday between 9.00 and 10.00. You can see a public health nurse without an appointment. Laboratory examinations are only available if you have a referral by an FSHS doctor or public health nurse.
Exceptions to our regular service hours:
If New Year's Eve, Maundy Thursday or 30 April falls on a weekday from Monday to Friday, only urgent emergency examinations are available on the day.
LABORATORY TESTS AND APPOINTMENTS
Laboratory tests without a prior reservation from Monday to Friday between 7.30-12.00 a.m.

HOW TO CANCEL AN APPOINTMENT
To cancel an appointment call 02 8378 7044 Rauman erikoislääkärikeskus no later than by 12.00.
We charge a penalty fee of € 25 for no-show appointments.

You have to agree with the nurce or laboratory personell.
LABORATORY TEST RESULTS
To receive your lab test results from a public health nurse call 046 710 6193 from Monday to Friday between 10-11 a.m.
IMAGING EXAMINATIONS
You need a referral by an FSHS doctor for imaging examinations (X-ray, ultrasound, etc).

Other things to remember: Appointments with a general practitioner are only available once a week and those with a gynaecologist on separately agreed days, usually twice a month. Appointments with a dermatologist are available as an outsourced service at the dermatologist's own office. For an appointment and referral (which will act as our payment commitment document) contact an FSHS public health nurse.
Physiotherapy and speech therapy are only available if you have a referral by an FSHS doctor or public health nurse.
