Exceptions to our regular service hours: If New Year's Eve, Maundy Thursday or 30 April falls on a weekday from Monday to Friday, our health centre is open from 8.00 to 13.00.
Where to call if our health centre is closed: During business days the primary place to contact is your local municipal health care centre from Monday to Thursday between 8.00 and 16.00, on Fridays between 9.00 and 16.00. In the evenings and at weekends contact the joint emergency duty service of Central Finland Central Hospital. Other things to remember: Advice about self-care and prevention of musculoskeletal problems (those affecting your muscles, nerves, joints, tendons, ligaments, cartilage or spinal disks) and physical exercise is available without a referral. To attend individual physiotherapy you will need a referral from an FSHS doctor. Assistive device lending: The service is available free of charge.
