Our public health nurse will assess your need for treatment, give treatment instructions or make an appointment with a public health nurse or general practitioner. How to get advice over the phone: For advice about self-care and prevention of musculoskeletal problems (those affecting your muscles, nerves, joints, tendons, ligaments, cartilage or spinal disks) without a referral, call our physiotherapy helpline on 046 710 1503 from Monday to Friday between 11.00 and 12.00 noon. Our assistive device lending service is available free of charge. You will need a referral from an FSHS doctor to get individual physiotherapy. To make an appointment call 046 710 1503 from Monday to Friday between 11.00 and 12.00.
