
Inquiries best suitable for the online advice service include general questions that you can make anonymously, such as those related to the use of medicines, birth control (oral contraceptive pills), selection of service provider and access to treatment within the FSHS.
The online advice service is not intended for urgent matters, specific diagnoses, actual treatment or assessment of the quality of treatment that is already underway.
The service cannot be used for making appointments, writing certificates, writing or renewing prescriptions, inquiries about laboratory test results or referrals to laboratory or X-ray examinations.
In our online advice service FSHS general practitioners answer questions regarding the following areas:

Questions related to mental health are also answered by general practitioners.
Questions related to vaccinations and travel health are answered by our public health nurses. You can also call the FSHS travel vaccinations and advice helpline.
