Non-urgent treatment

Referral to treatment takes place on the basis of a treatment need assessment and and depends on the urgency of your case. Our appointment staff will assess your need for treatment and gives advice either over the phone or in a patient office of one of our health centres.

If you need an appointment, a reservation will be made for you to see a healthcare professional. If an appointment is not regarded as necessary, you will receive home care instructions.
