All those students who have not paid their FSHS fees on the basis of the invoice or the first payment reminder sent to them have been sent a second payment reminder this week.
The second reminder includes our standard reminder fee. The reminder fee was not included in the first reminder to compensate for the system problems experienced last year in FSHS invoicing.
The FSHS payment reminder fee is €5. Students are sent one reminder regardless of how many unpaid invoices they may have accrued. Unfortunately the invoicing system adds as many reminder fees as there are unpaid invoices. Students who have several unpaid invoices are sent a €5 reminder fee for each of those invoices.
The FSHS only intends to charge the reminder fee once for one reminder. Therefore students should pay each invoice using the invoice-specific reference number, but they only need to pay the reminder fee for the first invoice and may leave it unpaid for any subsequent invoices.
