In order to ease peak times, the Töölö and Otaniemi units will start phoning customers back regarding treatment need assessments and appointments. The trial will be conducted in the Helsinki-Espoo area regarding appointments and treatment need assessments in Oral Health, General Health and the services by Travel Vaccinations and Advice, 15 March to 31 May 2011.
Under the new call-back model, the calls which the personnel are unable to answer are redirected to an automated answering system. In acute issues relating to appointments and treatment need assessments, please phone us 8-9 am to enable us to call you back before noon. In other than acute issues relating to appointments and treatment need assessmends, please phone us after the morning rush hours, and we will call you back within the same day.
